The Top of the Page Premium listing and Web-Card include: Company Name, Address, City, State, Country, Zip or Postal Code, Contact, Main Phone Number, 
Toll Free Number, FAX, Link to Web-Site, e-mail Address and a 250 word statement (in your own words) about your company.

Prices are subject to change and adjusted to reflect space available.
Payment may be  made by Paypal, company check, certified check or money order.  All fees are US dollars.

Your ad will be place pending payment. Paypal payments and payments sent with 10 day of invoice will receive an extension of 2 months. If payment is not received with 30 days of invoice ad will be removed until payment is received.

All listings will run from 12:01AM from the day the invoice is sent and run for 365 days. Renewal fees will be billed 45 days in advance and must arrive 7 day before publication date. Listing fees received after that date may delay posting. Listing will not be posted without payment.
